Order Processing:
At EyeAura, each necklace is made to order with your custom photo and name. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing and engraving before your item ships.

Estimated Shipping Times:

• USA & Canada: 5–10 business days

• UK & Europe: 7–12 business days

• Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days

• Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Please note these are estimated delivery windows. Unexpected courier delays, customs, or holidays may affect actual arrival times.

Shipping Fees:
We offer free standard shipping worldwide on all EyeAura orders. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Tracking Your Order:
