📅 30-Day Return Guarantee
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

• You must contact us at support@eyeaura.com before returning your item

• Custom engraved items (photo and name) are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged, incorrect, or defective

💔 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrived damaged, was engraved incorrectly, or is defective in any way, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We’ll gladly replace it or issue a full refund—on us.

🚚 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
